Change and new beginning that’s spring. A season when old life is rejuvinated and new life is born.This weekend talented Tanzanian creative minds  bloomed at the Spring Market low key budget event hosted by Wonder Workshop.

The event hosted in open space provided the right stage to showcase a fusion of fashion and metal craft all made locally by organisations that care passionately about the development of creative talent and their local communities.

FTBoutique showcased EasyWear spring collection pieces boasting  flamboyant colours to energize any wardrobe.

There was statment bead works from Nasreen, ‘mama masaai’ and ‘beads for books’.

The wonder works craft shop put a new meaning to recycling and ‘green living’ through it’s innovative design of homeware and space decorations.

In

addition to the craft stalls there were servings of delicious smoothies from Africana and face paintings for the kids.

Spring market is a beautiful idea but i felt that there should have been more stalls. If you are running out of ideas for your little ones the event provides a nice family day out.
